We are seeking experienced and service-oriented Waiters to join a prestigious luxury hotel in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining or 5-star hospitality, demonstrating exceptional guest service, attention to detail, and the ability to uphold the highest standards of excellence in a refined, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and seat guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
  • Present menus, take precise orders, and serve food and beverages with grace and efficiency.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and service teams to ensure flawless, timely delivery.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in all service areas.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or feedback with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Handle billing and table settlement accurately and efficiently.
  • Uphold the hotel's service standards, ensuring a consistent luxury dining experience.

Note: Asian nationality preferred as per client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Waiter in a 5-star hotels.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining poise and efficiency.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
