Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Swimming Pool Cleaning Team Leader to supervise and coordinate a team of pool technicians. The ideal candidate ensures pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained while leading the team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assign daily tasks to pool cleaning staff.
  • Ensure pools are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Monitor water quality and oversee chemical treatment.
  • Inspect equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs.
  • Train team members on safety, cleaning techniques, and best practices.
  • Maintain records and report maintenance issues to management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade certificate preferred.
  • Proven experience in pool maintenance and team supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment, pool equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
