Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Supervisor located in Doha, Qatar. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Duties include supervising and coordinating activities, implementing operational strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and facilitating effective communication among team members. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
