We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizzaiolo & Pasta Maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing authentic Italian pizzas and fresh pasta, ensuring high-quality taste, presentation, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, stretch, and bake pizzas using traditional Italian methods (wood-fired or deck oven).
  • Make fresh pasta (such as tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi, etc.) from scratch daily.
  • Ensure all dishes meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
  • Manage dough preparation, fermentation, and topping ingredients.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo and/or Pasta Maker in a restaurant or pizzeria.
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine, dough fermentation, and pasta preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail, speed, and consistency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food safety or hygiene certification is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
