About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle fleet. This role ensures that our transportation resources are managed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor fleet operations: Track vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate maintenance: Schedule regular servicing and repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance: Maintain records to meet safety, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Manage drivers: Assign routes, monitor performance, and support driver needs.
  • Optimize costs: Control fuel usage, maintenance expenses, and operational efficiency.
  • Report performance: Prepare fleet utilization and cost analysis reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum two years in fleet management, logistics, or transportation coordination.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office.
  • Soft skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Licensing: Valid driver's license; knowledge of transportation regulations preferred.
  • Valid QID and NOC
  • Available to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2, QAR2,300.00 per month
