About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily postings, and running paid social media campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop creative, high-quality content (text, images, videos, and reels) tailored to each platform.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok).
  • Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to ensure active community engagement.
  • Boosting & Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare reports to guide future strategy.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, competitor activity, and best practices to keep content fresh.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and support larger campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Familiarity with social media ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Outlets are Lebanese so candidate must be of Arabic origins
  • Experience in influencer marketing or partnerships.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6, QAR12,000.00 per month
