Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and addressing any requests promptly
Work confidently in a fast-paced environment and guide guests whilst under pressure and still maintaining Zuma's high standards
To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
Liaise with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless experiences and transparent communication
What We Look For
Our ideal candidate embodies our values and the following:
Previous experience in a similar high-end, high-volume restaurant as a Door Host or higher
Proven ability to build guest relationships
A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team
A passion for people and delivering exceptional and memorable guest experiences
Ability to work under pressure and deal with any challenges that may arise
Excellent communication skills
