Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role in Bucharest for one of our clients. The CFO will oversee the company's financial strategy, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Key responsibilities include managing financial operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making. The CFO will also collaborate with leadership teams to contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, and Finance operations
  • Experience in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and comprehensive Financial Reporting
  • Analytical Skills to develop data-driven insights and support executive decision-making
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities
  • Proficiency with financial tools, systems, and regulatory frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or CFA certification is a plus)
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in consultancy or related industries is beneficial
  • Romanian expert in Romanian regulations
