*About The Role*
We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Sourcing & Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of our global sourcing strategy, manage vendor and supplier relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality talent pipelines across multiple geographies. This role requires strong strategic thinking, operational oversight, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while driving best-in-class sourcing practices.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Lead the design and execution of a global sourcing strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and talent demand across all regions.
• Manage preferred supplier lists, vendor relationships, and sourcing channels, ensuring cost efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR to forecast talent needs, develop talent pools, and identify sourcing priorities.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to influence sourcing decisions and senior leadership strategies.
• Oversee outsourced recruitment delivery, ensuring timeliness, quality, and compliance with KPIs.
• Mentor and guide sourcing teams to enhance capability, scalability, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience in global sourcing, vendor management, and strategic talent supply.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale sourcing projects, including executive-level and niche talent acquisition.
• Strong vendor management skills, including cost control, performance monitoring, and strategic supplier partnerships.
• Experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and applying insights to global sourcing strategies.
• Background in industries such as aviation, large-scale corporates, or professional services; Middle East experience advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
