Senior Procurement Officer (OS&E – Hospitality/F&B)

Location: Doha, Qatar

Employment Type: Full-time 12-month contract (extendable)

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Salary : 7,000 (full package)

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Procurement Officer with strong experience in Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) for hotels, restaurants, or hospitality operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience sourcing kitchen equipment, tableware, guest supplies, and operational consumables, along with solid knowledge of the Qatar supplier market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure OS&E items including kitchen equipment, tableware, guest room supplies, and F&B small operating equipment.
• Evaluate suppliers, quotations, product samples, and technical specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Maintain and develop a reliable supplier network within Qatar and internationally.
• Prepare RFQs, purchase orders, comparison sheets, and procurement documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
• Coordinate closely with F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Operations teams to plan and forecast OS&E needs.
• Follow up on deliveries, resolve shortages, and ensure timely supply for ongoing operations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and audit standards.
• Support pre-opening procurement activities as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience in Hospitality, F&B, or Facilities Management.
• Demonstrated expertise in OS&E procurement including tableware, kitchen equipment, and guest supplies.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar market, supplier networks, and local purchasing procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
