ERPNext Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled ERPNext Developer with strong expertise in customization, module development, scripts, workflows, and financial ERP processes. The candidate must have solid hands-on project experience and a deep understanding of ERPNext frameworks and accounting logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules (Accounts, HR, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Projects, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Create custom Doctypes, Workflows, Print Formats, Reports, Scripts, and integrations.
• Work with Python, Jinja, Frappe Framework to build scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ERPNext performance.
• Implement financial workflows and ensure proper accounting logic inside ERPNext.
• Handle data migration, backups, API integrations, and custom automation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes and convert them into ERP solutions.
• Test and deploy updates, patches, and custom modules.
• Ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and process optimization.

Requirements

• Mandatory 2–3+ years solid experience in ERPNext development.
• Proven experience in customization, API integration, scripting, and module development.
• Strong understanding of financial procedures, accounting workflows, and ERP logic.
• Proficiency in Python, Frappe Framework, MariaDB/MySQL, JavaScript, Jinja templates.
• Experience with ERPNext deployments, bench commands, Git version control.
• Knowledge of server hosting environments (Linux, Ubuntu, Nginx, supervisor).
• Experience implementing end-to-end ERP projects is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
