Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Contracts Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing contract processes, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. The Senior Contracts Officer will also monitor contract performance and address any issues arising, as well as contribute to procurement and vendor selection processes to ensure optimal outcomes for the organization.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating contract terms, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external partners
  • Experience in Procurement processes with a deep understanding of vendor selection, supply chain, and cost optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of international contracts and local regulatory requirements is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
