Your Day to Day

As a Commis 1, you will assist in the kitchen operations to ensure that all food is served according to pre-determined methods of cooking and plating instructions as per the hotel standards.

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

  • Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
