Marketing, Events & Partnerships Coordinator
to join our team.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The Coordinator will lead the development and management of corporate and community partnerships, organize and promote high-impact events, and support the execution of Seed's marketing strategy across digital and offline channels.

You will work closely with the Managing Partner and Clinical Director, engaging directly with practitioners and external partners to drive visibility, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities1. Partnerships & Business Development

  • Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic corporate and community partnerships.
  • Pitch Seed's group offerings, workshops, and corporate wellness services to organizations across Qatar.
  • Coordinate with partners to plan joint initiatives, events, and recurring engagements.
  • Develop partnership proposals, track outcomes, and manage follow-up communication.

2. Events & Workshops Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-clinic and off-site events (e.g., corporate workshops, nursery visits, community activations).
  • Manage logistics including scheduling, venue coordination, communications, and partner expectations.
  • Ensure events run seamlessly and reflect Seed's professionalism and brand values.
  • Work directly with practitioners based on pre-approved availability guidelines.

3. Marketing & Content Coordination

  • Manage social media content calendars and coordinate with Seed's videographer and photographer.
  • Create and schedule content using Seed's Canva brand templates.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including campaigns, newsletters, and promotions.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.

4. Project Management

  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and communication across all partnership and event-related projects.
  • Maintain structured documentation, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing partnerships or strategic collaborations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Sales acumen and confidence in pitching services and closing partnership opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle industry is a
    strong plus
