Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha for an Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will plan, organize, and oversee various events at Leisure's theme parks, ensuring smooth operations and memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, working with internal teams to meet requirements, and engaging with attendees to provide excellent customer service. The role also involves monitoring event budgets and ensuring events align with company standards and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Sales or cross-selling skills to promote event offerings and opportunities
  • Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using event management and scheduling software is a plus
  • Minimum High school or Degree / Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
