We are seeking a skilled and guest-focused Bartender to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages to the highest standards, ensuring an elevated guest experience, and maintaining the professionalism expected in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to luxury hotel standards.
  • Develop and suggest creative cocktails and beverage menus in line with guest preferences.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service of all drinks.
  • Provide a warm, professional, and engaging service to all guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and surrounding areas.
  • Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and manage requisitions as needed.
  • Follow proper handling of glassware, equipment, and garnishes.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to deliver seamless service during events and daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Bartending, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of proven bartending experience in a luxury hotels.
  • Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wines, and spirits.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and aligned with five-star luxury service standards.
