Job Description

Candidates should be locally available in Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

• Microsoft 365 Administration:
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Implement and maintain M365 security and compliance policies (e.g., DLP, Conditional Access, MFA).
• Monitor service health, troubleshoot issues, and manage incident response for M365 services.
• Azure Infrastructure Management:
• Design and deploy scalable, highly available, and secure Azure environments.
• Manage virtual networks, VMs, Azure AD, storage accounts, Azure Firewall, and VPN/ExpressRoute connectivity.
• Networking:
• Configure and troubleshoot virtual networking components, including NSGs, UDRs, Load Balancers, and Application Gateways.
• Optimize network performance and ensure secure connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.
• Perform network traffic analysis and help enforce secure network architectures.
• Security & Compliance:
• Design and enforce security best practices in Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender, and Sentinel for threat detection and response.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with a strong focus on Microsoft cloud technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Strong experience with Azure networking, identity, and access management.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
