Job Title:
Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a
dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will focus on promoting and selling our
Hospital Information System (HIS)
software solutions. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for
    HIS software solutions
    .
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, demos, and product presentations.
  • Negotiate with prospective clients and close profitable sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the
    implementation team
    to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Stay updated on
    software product features
    and
    industry developments
    .

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
    (Master's preferred).
  • Valid
    driving license and personal vehicle
    is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum
    2 years of proven experience
    in software sales or business development (preferably in the
    healthcare or IT industry
    ).
  • Strong understanding of
    Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
    ,
    ERP
    , or related software solutions.

Skills:

  • Excellent
    communication and presentation
    abilities.
  • Strong
    negotiation and deal-closing
    skills.
  • Proficiency in
    HIS / ERP / CRM systems
    and
    Microsoft Office Suite
    .
  • Effective
    time management
    and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both
    independently and in a team
    .
