DineNorder is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing digital solutions for restaurants. We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who is ambitious, target-driven, and experienced in closing deals on the ground. This role involves a full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching, to contract signing, onboarding, and post-sales follow-up.
Responsibilities
• Prospect and identify potential restaurant clients across Qatar
• Conduct on-site sales visits and product demonstrations
• Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers
• Negotiate and close deals, achieving monthly sales targets
• Collect client business information and manage CRM updates
• Sign contracts and complete onboarding documentation
• Deliver training sessions for clients on how to use the system
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with the operations and support teams when required
Requirements
• Proven experience in Field Sales or B2B Sales
• Experience in F&B, POS, Hospitality, or SaaS is a strong advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Fluent in Arabic (required) + Good English communication
• Must be based in Qatar
• Driving license and car are preferred
