Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with strong experience in façade installation, inspection, and maintenance works for high-rise towers. The ideal candidate will oversee façade-related activities, ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage façade installation, repair, and maintenance activities on high-rise buildings.
  • Review and interpret façade design drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality, safety, and design standards.
  • Identify façade defects such as sealant failures, glass damages, and structural issues; recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for façade-related works and materials.
  • Prepare and review method statements, work schedules, and inspection reports.
  • Monitor and control project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Ensure safety compliance during façade maintenance works, including rope access and suspended platform operations.
  • Evaluate and maintain records of façade maintenance history for all towers.
  • Support the management team in technical evaluations, tender reviews, and cost estimations related to façade systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in façade installation, inspection, and maintenance for high-rise buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of façade systems (aluminum cladding, curtain walls, glass panels, ACP, sealants, etc.).
  • Familiarity with international façade standards and local building codes.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Certification in work-at-height safety or IRATA (preferred).
