About the Role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Facility Management (FM) to join our team .The candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems within the facility, ensuring smooth and safe operations at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform operation and maintenance of electrical systems, including LV distribution, panels, lighting, fire alarm, UPS, and other building electrical services.
  • Monitor, inspect, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Respond to electrical faults and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with FM team, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain proper documentation, reports, and checklists as per facility standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and Qatar regulatory requirements.
  • Support facility upgrades, modifications, and small-scale project works as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Facility Management (O&M) environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building electrical systems, LV distribution, and FM processes.
  • Experience in large facilities such as stadiums, malls, hospitals, or commercial complexes preferred.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and in shifts if required.
