Job Title: QA/QC Architecture Engineer

About Us:

We are a premier fit-out contractor specializing in luxury residential, commercial, and bespoke interior projects. Our core expertise covers furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), customized joinery, and marble finishing. We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Architectural Engineer to join our growing team and ensure all projects adhere to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee QA/QC standards and procedures across fit-out works.
  • Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and samples for joinery, furniture, and marble elements.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with project requirements, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
  • Track and document subcontractor and supplier performance to maintain quality compliance.
  • Prepare QA/QC documentation, including reports, method statements, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Ensure all QA/QC activities are performed in line with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of QA/QC experience in fit-out projects, with hands-on knowledge of FF&E, furniture, joinery, and marble works.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and international quality standards.
  • Proficient in QA/QC procedures, ISO systems, and inspection techniques.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Valid GCC Driving License is required.
