Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional with a strong foundation in data analytics, Power BI, and Python. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating impactful dashboards, visualizing complex datasets, and delivering timely, high-quality insights. The role also requires flexibility to support projects across Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and other advisory service lines.

Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

•     Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards with advanced data visualization and user-friendly interfaces.

•    Utilize Python for data manipulation, cleaning, transformation, and analysis.

•    Integrate data from multiple sources to produce accurate and timely reports.

•    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

•    Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

•    Optimize dashboard performance and ensure accuracy of visual outputs.

•    Provide quick, high-quality analytical outputs to support fast decision-making.

•    Document processes, data models, and dashboard designs for future use and scalability.

•    Apply strong analytical skills to support GRC and advisory projects when required.

Qualification and Experience

•     Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or any related field.

•    1–3 years of proven work experience in data analytics roles.

•    Strong proficiency in Power BI (including DAX functions, Power Query, and data modeling).

•    Hands-on experience with Python for data analytics.

•    Expertise in creating interactive dashboards and visualization tools.

•    Ability to handle complex datasets and provide clean, insightful outputs quickly.

•    Good understanding of database querying (SQL preferred).

•    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•    Clear communication and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

•    Power BI Certification or equivalent Microsoft Data Analytics certification will be an advantage.

•    Flexible and open to contributing across multiple advisory areas.
