Skills

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR and administrative leadership experience, preferably within large, diversified groups.
  • Strong expertise in Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Recruitment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, develop strategic HR initiatives, and collaborate effectively with senior management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be available to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
