Role Description

This is a contract-based remote position for a Meta Ads & Paid Social Specialist. In this role, you will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include creating and monitoring ad sets, utilizing analytics to improve results, A/B testing, and collaborating with content creators to produce engaging ad materials. You will also handle budget tracking and report campaign performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Optimization, and Paid Social Media Advertising
  • Strong skills in A/B Testing, Data Analytics, and Performance Metric Interpretation
  • Proficiency in Ad Copywriting and Creative Content Review
  • Knowledge of Audience Targeting and Retargeting Strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and achieve ROI goals
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or e-commerce campaigns is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
