Seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to drive testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance across banking and financial technology projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage testing strategies, processes, and frameworks across multiple projects.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Lead functional, automation, and non-functional testing (performance, security, usability, resilience).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test coverage meets business and regulatory needs.
  • Monitor test metrics, KPIs, and quality gates to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage defect lifecycle, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing test team.
  • Ensure compliance with QA best practices and industry standards.
  • Drive adoption of automation tools and CI/CD integration.
  • Coordinate with DevOps, infrastructure, and release teams for seamless delivery.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer communication and testing-related escalations.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience:
10+ years in software testing, with 4+ years in a Test Manager role

Domain:
Strong banking/financial knowledge (retail banking, payments, lending, core banking)

Tools:
Selenium, UFT, Cypress, Tosca, JMeter, LoadRunner

  • Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
  • Proven experience in team building, mentoring, and resource management
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance testing in banking
  • Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills
