Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Incharge for our Food & Beverage division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all purchasing activities, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement of food, beverages, and related supplies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth supply flow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
