SharePoint & K2 Platform Administrator

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a skilled SharePoint & K2 Platform Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. This permanent, full-time position is based in Qatar and requires an experienced professional to manages and supports the organization's SharePoint and K2 environments. The role focuses on ensuring system stability, Servicesflow functionality, and user access control while facilitating collaboration and automation initiatives.

  • Administer and maintain SharePoint and K2 platforms to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Administer SharePoint sites, permissions, and content libraries.
  • Manage K2 environment configurations and deploy Servicesflow solutions.
  • Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard data integrity and access.
  • Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and monitor routines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with users to improve document collaboration processes.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular system audits and generate reports for management review.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance system utilization. Ensure system security, scalability, and integration with ERP/EDRMS.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies as needed.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing SharePoint and K2 platforms. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SharePoint and K2 platforms administration.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 administration and Power Platform tools.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security protocols.
  • Experience with hybrid SharePoint and Active Directory integration.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving within complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and teamServices abilities.
  • Certifications in SharePoint or K2 are highly desirable.
