AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced HSSE Manager to join our team for projects across varying sectors and various locations within Qatar. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in Qatar.

Your role

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSSE policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and implement mitigation measures across FM operations.
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
  • Monitor and audit HSSE performance, ensuring adherence to ISO 45001 standards.
  • Deliver HSSE training programs to staff and contractors to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and present HSSE reports to senior management, highlighting key risks and improvement plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in health, safety, security, and environmental practices.

Qualifications
About you

  • BSc degree in a relevant discipline.
  • NEBOSH IGC or Diploma (or equivalent).
  • ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification.
  • Total 15 years of experience with minimum 5 years of experience as HSSE Manager in the Facility Management (FM) sector.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations, standards, and best practices in FM.
  • Expertise in ISO 45001 auditing and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence safety culture.
  • Ability to manage emergency response planning and crisis management.
  • Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
