Role Description

This is a full-time Guest Relations Agent role based on-site at Century Marina Hotel in Doha, Qatar. The Guest Relations Agent will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional experience by addressing inquiries, managing guest requests, and providing personalized service. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival, coordinating services to meet their needs, handling complaints or special requests, and maintaining a positive and professional hotel atmosphere at all times. Active collaboration with other team members is key to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and resolve issues.
  • Expertise in Customer Service, focused on delivering a high standard of guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Guest Relations and Receptionist Duties, with experience in managing guest interactions and front desk responsibilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a commitment to exceptional service delivery.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, especially Arabic, are an asset.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
