Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated HCM Expert Oracle Fusion Solution Architect for a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The responsibilities of this role include designing and implementing innovative Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, providing consulting expertise, developing software applications, managing system integrations, and improving business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions that enhance operational performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Solution Architecture and developing scalable, optimized system designs
  • Proficiency in Consulting and delivering client-focused, results-driven strategies
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development processes and methodologies
  • Expertise in Integration between systems to ensure seamless data flow
  • Understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and relevant certifications is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
