We are looking for a passionate and energetic
Zumba Trainer
to join our luxury 5-star recreation facility in Qatar. The ideal candidate will lead high-energy Zumba fitness sessions, blending various dance styles, aerobic movements, and music genres. Your mission will be to inspire and motivate our Club Members to achieve their fitness goals while creating a safe, fun, and inclusive workout environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Zumba classes according to scheduled times and formats.
  • Design and choreograph routines that integrate multiple dance styles and fitness elements.
  • Provide clear instructions, ensuring correct form and technique for all participants.
  • Motivate members to maximize their workout performance and achieve fitness objectives.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere.
  • Modify exercises and routines to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
  • Exhibit high energy, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for Zumba and fitness.
  • Monitor participants' movements and provide guidance to ensure safety.
  • Stay updated on fitness trends, Zumba choreography, and music to keep classes engaging.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workout environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing participants' questions and feedback professionally.
  • Collaborate with the gym team to promote Zumba classes and attract new members.
  • Attend training workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Comply with all company SOPs, health, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field.
  • Certified Zumba Instructor from a recognized organization.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Zumba or group fitness classes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Confident, analytical, and able to engage with members and guests effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
