We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Technician II to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various construction projects, ensuring efficient and accurate representation of building systems and components.

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of building systems
• Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution using Navisworks or similar software
• Generate 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models
• Assist in developing and implementing BIM standards and best practices
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior BIM technicians
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Qatar
• Optimize BIM workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
• Assist in quality control processes to maintain high standards of BIM deliverables

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM or a related field
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; familiarity with other BIM software is a plus
• Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and building systems
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and best practices, including local building codes in Qatar
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
• Understanding of architectural and engineering principles
• Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and workflows
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
