Milaha Ship Management
provides secure, efficient, and cost-effective asset management for a fleet of 70+ vessels—tanker vessels, product carriers, container ships, and offshore support vessels. Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and safety-focused
Pilot Boat Skipper
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in small craft handling and a proven track record supporting pilotage operations.

Requirements:


•
National Watchkeeping Certificate / COP
(minimum requirement)


•
Less than 500GT Master COC
(preferred)


•
Minimum 2 years of experience
as a
Pilot Boat Skipper


• Strong seamanship, situational awareness, and command ability
