Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector, focusing on integrated facilities management solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.

Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives and industry trends.

Lead the preparation of bids, proposals, and presentations for major projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.

Drive sales targets and profitability through effective negotiation and contract management.

Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

Work closely with operations, finance, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Ensure all business development activities adhere to regulatory standards and HSE requirements with in the sector.

Ideal Candidate:


Minimum 10 plus years of experience with oil & gas industry, with at least 7 years in business development, Operations, and Integrated Facility Management experience.


Knowledge of Facilities Management services and industry standards.


Proven expertise in upstream or downstream operations, market analysis, and financial evaluations.


Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.


High integrity, independence, and multicultural team spirit.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in business development or equivalent.
