Job Opportunity – Admissions Coordinator - Education sector

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admissions Coordinator based in Doha, Qatar to manage the admissions process for prospective students at our British College. The admissions Coordinator will work closely with the Principal and the Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of admissions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate the full admissions process, including applications, interviews, and enrolments.

· Communicate clearly with prospective students and parents regarding admission requirements and procedures.

· Maintain accurate student records and admissions databases.

· Schedule and manage school tours, open days, and other admission-related events.

· Assist in the development and implementation of admissions policies and procedures.

· Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth enrolment and onboarding.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in education, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, student services, or administrative coordination, preferably in international or British schools.

· Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.

· Knowledge of admissions processes and school administration best practices.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
