Documentation Assistant

We are looking for a documentation Assistant who will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and managing company records, documents, and files in both physical and digital formats. The role ensures that all documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible for internal use, audits, and compliance purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, scan, and maintain records of important documents in a systematic and organized manner.
- Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents such as letters, reports, and forms.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed, labeled, and stored for easy retrieval.
- Update and maintain document control logs and tracking systems.
- Support various departments by providing required documentation on time.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure documents are complete and accurate.
Requirements:
- Should have valid QID & NOC is must
- Should have good English communication
- Qatar Driving License is a must
- Male candidates preferred
- Anyone who has a degree and has some office experience can apply
- Prior experience in the same field is not necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2, QAR2,500.00 per month
