Join us.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee high-end fitout projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationManage all aspects of fitout projects from inception to completion, including design coordination, procurement, and constructionLead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environmentConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety complianceManage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectationsIdentify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on trackOversee contract administration and negotiate with vendors and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policiesPrepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldMinimum 18 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale fit out projectsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentProven expertise in project management methodologies, budgeting, and cost controlStrong knowledge of construction processes, MEP systems, and fitout techniquesProficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and MS Office SuiteExcellent risk management and problem-solving skillsOutstanding leadership and team management abilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsIn-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations in QatarFamiliarity with LEED or other green building standards is preferredAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentWillingness to travel to project sites as requiredAdditional InformationAbout AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
