Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop project plans, specifications, and timelines. Supervise activities on-site, including scheduling labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
Monitor project progress, identifying potential delays, risks, and issues, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
