Project Controls Lead  Are you ready to take the helm in project controls for high-impact Category-III projects in the dynamic Oil & Gas sector? Join a leading client in Qatar as the Project Controls Lead, playing a pivotal role in driving the accuracy, efficiency, and success of complex projects spanning engineering design, construction, commissioning, and beyond. This critical position offers the opportunity to spearhead planning, cost control, risk mitigation, and commercial coordination throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Required Skills:  Expertise in project planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and cost control for multi-discipline projectsStrong ability to conduct variance analysis, forecasting, and trend identificationProficient in coordinating commercial inputs, contract strategies, and procurement schedulesDemonstrated experience in assessing contractor claims, change orders, and the application of Liquidated DamagesExceptional analytical, organizational, and risk management skills with commercial acumenProven leadership and supervisory experience overseeing project controls teams Nice to Have Skills:  Familiarity with EPC contract processes and documentationExperience in brownfield project environments Knowledge of advanced project controls software and toolsMulticultural team collaboration in international project settings Preferred Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related disciplineA minimum of 8 years’ multi-discipline Oil & Gas industry experience, with emphasis on planning and budget control across FEED, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, well services, drilling, and shutdown phasesBackground in driving project controls processes and improvements at supervisory level Other Requirements:  Willingness to be based in QatarStrong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and shareholdersCommitment to upholding company interests through meticulous commercial and technical coordination Step into a role that challenges your expertise and rewards your leadership at the forefront of major oil and gas projects.
