Established in , the group operates in several sectors, including Jollibee WLL, Auto innovation wheels and coatings, Al Thawq Al Mutamaiz, and creative warehouses. Our aim is to capitalize on the growing FMCG market in Qatar and become a key player in the industry.

Role Description
  1. Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the hiring process.
  2. Orienting new employees and training existing employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  3. Monitoring employee performance, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback and guidance.
  4. Ensuring that all employees are organized, satisfied, and motivated in their work environment.
  5. Overseeing the health and safety of all employees and addressing any issues or concerns.
  6. Implementing systematic staff development procedures and creating opportunities for learning and growth.
  7. Providing counseling on policies and procedures and resolving any employee grievances or disputes.
  8. Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration and managing employee records.
  9. Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance and ensuring employee compliance with company and government regulations.
  10. Protecting the interests of all employees and maintaining a positive and professional work culture.
  11. Preparing Payroll & and all kinds of employee benefits.
  12. Monitoring staff Accommodation and supporting them if any needs.
  13. Supporting all HR teams.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources or a similar role.
  • Additional training or certification in payroll management, labor relations, or skills development may be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HR functions , such as recruitment, training, development, performance management, etc.
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of HR software or systems is a plus.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills and the ability to negotiate with diplomacy.
  • Strong ethics and reliability and a commitment to uphold the values and mission of the organization.
