Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in controlling, coordinating, and driving Food & Beverage projects including
  • Assist in the preparation of the hotel’s strategy plan, annual marketing & promotion plan and goal program for the Food and Beverage Division
  • Assist in implementing the system transformation project, with the TMS organization as core responsibility
  • Ensure a strong communication structure is in place where messages are clearly communicated throughout the departments
  • Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in administrative duties, including, but not limited to departmental activities and HR activities
  • Manage and coordinate with Outlet managers on their F&B Marketing channels, including but not limited to, Guest Profiling, F&B Social Media channels, TripAdvisor and other guest engagement platforms
  • Assist the Back of House Manager in outlet’s OS&E sourcing and inventory keeping, solely for new Projects
  • Assist the F&B teams in the Food & Beverage Operations where necessary and upon request of senior F&B management

Requirements

  • Senior School qualification or equivalent is mandatory
  • Degree or Higher National Diploma equivalent in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management is beneficial
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel or luxury retail environment in a key marketing position
  • Previous working experience in the Middle East is an advantage
  • Previous working experience in Food and Beverage is an advantage
