\xc3\xbc Welcomes clients by greeting them cheerfully in person or on the telephone in answering or referring inquiries. \xc3\xbc Directs clients by maintaining employee and department directories and giving them instructions efficiently. \xc3\xbc Maintains security by following procedures in gathering patient\xe2\x80\x99s information using their identification card or other reference with confidentiality. \xc3\xbc Key in details in the endorsement logbook to ensure that duties are executed completely. \xc3\xbc Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer\'s instructions for house phone and console operation. \xc3\xbc Creates and facilitate client details and service records using computer software according to the request\xe2\x80\x99s form provided, collect process payments according to the Accounts & Finance Department protocol. \xc3\xbc Prepares and balances daily financial transactions with in the shift duty hours and submits all forms and fees to the Accounts & Finance Department accordingly. \xc3\xbc Completes records, reports and other statistical information for master files/database. \xc3\xbc Facilitates the release of reports/results to clients/patients accurately. \xc3\xbc Follows Medical Center policy for data retrieval, record keeping, identification, requisition, reporting, charting, and billing procedures. \xc3\xbc Maintains positive working relationships among medical and non-medical staffs. \xc3\xbc Participates and cooperates in training new receptionists. \xc3\xbc Assumes responsibility to resolve client\xe2\x80\x99s problems and reports to his/her Superior or Manager immediately for any unsolved issues. \xc3\xbc Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. \xc3\xbc Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. \xc3\xbc Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. \xc3\xbc Performs any other duties as directed by his/her Superiors.
