• Experience in an Insurance company is a MUST*
• Manage IT operations of an Insurance company
• Manage team of infrastructure, security, and insurance application
• Develop, implement, and evaluate IT projects in line with organizational objectives
• Provide insurance application support to business users
• Analyze business requirements and coordinate with software vendors to implement the solutions
• Manage technology vendors
• Monitor the IT infrastructure, recommend and make continuous improvements
• Create IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, processes, and policy documents
• 12+ years of insurance industry experience
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• A master’s degree in computer science is preferred.
• Proof of continued education, such as software certifications, is desirable.
• Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and developments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
