We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager for our Cyber Security division. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and attending relevant events in the IT and Cyber Security industry. In addition, you will acquire necessary trainings and certifications from our channel partners to enhance your knowledge and expertise. You will play a crucial role in visiting clients, building rapport, preparing quotations, sourcing suppliers to prepare quotations, and providing weekly reports to the management team.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and develop strategies for lead generation to expand the customer base in the Cyber Security sector.

2. Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals, ensuring the sales pipeline is optimized for maximum efficiency.

3. Attend Relevant Events: Stay updated on industry trends and developments by actively participating in IT and Cyber Security events, conferences, and exhibitions.

4. Acquire Trainings and Certifications: Collaborate with channel partners to obtain relevant trainings and certifications, enhancing your knowledge and expertise in Cyber Security solutions.

5. Client Visits and Rapport Building: Visit existing and potential clients to understand their specific requirements, establish strong relationships, and build rapport.

6. Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements and in collaboration with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery.

7. Supplier Sourcing: Identify potential suppliers who can provide quality products and services at competitive prices to support timely quotation preparation.

8. Weekly Reporting: Provide comprehensive and timely reports to the management team, highlighting sales performance, lead conversion rates, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber Security, Business, or related fields. Relevant certifications in Cyber Security would be a plus.

• Experience: Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or Sales Manager in the IT or Cyber Security industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Cyber Security solutions and services, including network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, etc.

• Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Analytical Abilities: Proficient in analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive sales strategies.

• Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-driven attitude with a passion for staying up to date with the latest industry trends and developments.

• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments.

Other Requirements:

• With NOC / Transferable visa is desirable.
