· Assists in Manpower Planning

· Coordinates the recruitment process to achieve timely results

· Maintains the training and recruitment related budget and related records

· Handles employee queries and ensures that they are addressed thru either self or others

· Assists managers to understand and implement HR policies and procedures

· Organizes and conducts employee engagement activities

· Conducts orientation / induction training for all new joiners

· Ensure that the T&O plan is followed by all the new joiners

· Assist in collecting training requirements

· Assist in preparing training material

· Coordinates and organizes staff and worker training sessions, activities as per training calendar

· Conducts employee orientation programs

· Maintains training related documents

· Maintains performance related documents (KPIs)

· Assist the HR manager in conducting monthly performance monitor system (Check in Process)

· Advertise for vacancies, Search CVs, screen CVs, arrange for interviews and follow up with candidate till joining.

· New joiner induction and orientation plan completion

· Collect and maintain employee performance records, such as probation assessments, annual assessments, goal setting forms etc

· Maintain employee database and updated personal files

· Maintains updated job descriptions in the HR department

· Maintain updated training database

· Conduct Exit interviews and prepare Quarterly exit analysis report

· Prepare associated management reports

· Organize employee welfare activities

· Handle Employee Grievances

· Issuance of Various employee related Letters

· Maintain updated Organizational Chart / Organizational Structure

· Adhere to HSE responsibilities as per QCS – 2014

· Staff recruitment process

· Staff learning and development process

· Performance appraisal process

· Employee engagement process

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
