Paralegal Staff - Job Description
The Paralegal will be primarily Providing paralegal & administrative support like reviewing,
editing, proofreading, and collating documentation.

In performing the role, the highest standards of accuracy, presentation and confidentiality are
required.

The applicant must have recent paralegal experience including hearing preparation and assisting
in drafting Investment and legal documentation, represent the Group in the processing of legal
documents with governmental and non-governmental bodies.
Review draft memos submitted by external lawyers and provide comments or share any relevant
opinion that might be needful for the company legally or financially.
Review legal documents received from external lawyers, third parties and experts in connection
with the ongoing projects, mergers, acquisition and pending cases and deliberate all facts to the
Management.
Updates job knowledge of the local and international markets.
Assist in providing well-researched legal advice to all departments within the Group on matters
relating to Group's transactions where applicable laws, regulations or facts are unclear and
conflicting to ensure the Group's legal position is protected.
Contribute to the preparation of the weekly, quarterly, and annual returns for executive
management on the activities of the Legal Department.
He should be proficient in generating reports and working with Microsoft Word, Excel and
PowerPoint.

Attend and prepare call reports for meetings.
Ensure that all documentation related to investments are complete, updated and filed correctly.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Proficient in Financial Modeling on Excel.
Ability to read financial statements
Country, industry and company research and provide comparable analysis and summary on
findings.
Candidates with Experience in Financial or Investment firms preferred.


Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Arabic Language is a plus but not
compulsory.

- Data Gathering & Analysis
- Expert in Ms Office package and Preparing Power point presentations).
- Demonstrate good work ethic, teamwork, time management and good communication skills.



Job Requirements:
University degree in Law.
Knowledge of all relevant legislation and regulations in Qatar and internationally.
Male Candidates only.
Must possess at least 5 years of experience performing the role of a paralegal.
Thorough competence in operational issues.
Well-developed analytical and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, eye for detail.
Flexible team player and able to work and deliver under pressure.
