Position Overview


Senior HR Officer (preferably male) is managing the daily tasks of a company or organization by providing administrative and clerical support.

The duties and responsibilities of the HR department and compliance all policies and procedures, focusing on HR implementation and providing the HR service as outsource for the clients, support and develop the Human Resource Information Management in the ERP System based on the legality and Qatar labour law.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Compliance the HR Policies and Procedures according to the legality and Qatar labour law.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the employee's performance according to the assigned tasks and the job role.
  • Support and counseling the employees with all HR requirements either for the ERP software technical requirements
  • Managing and solving all raised technical issues or the future enhancements related to ERP Software or raised by clients
  • Managing the employees' relations and maintaining all kind of request such as (Health, safety, security, attendance, leave, performance, letters certificates, and documents expiry summary report.
  • Compliance HR disciplinary Standard according to QLL and company handbook.
  • Updating the employee's handbook with any changes in the company policies and procedures.
  • Updating the legality report for the employee's visa requirements and legality documents
  • Managing the compensation and benefits of the employees according to Qatar labour law.
  • Managing all attendance adjustments, earnings and deductions for internal and external clients and reviewing the payroll and make sure all employees leaves been approved before payroll approval.
  • Generating all kind of HR reports such as end of service gratuity, attendance, leave balance, loans, commissions scheme, leave payment and payroll.
  • Providing weekly visit to the outsource clients and provide all HR support according to the agreement.
  • Monitoring the files and the expired documents of the employees, and the company legal documents among with PRO officer.
  • Updating employees/ Departments leave forecasting and tickets booking if required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 7 year Human resource experience.
  • Arabic Nationality preferably.

Work Condition:

  • Working as a Fulltime job 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM with 1 hour lunch break, Friday and Saturday is day off.

Salary Package
Employee will receive 8000 QR monthly package.

Salary:
QAR8,000.00 per month
