Position:
Personal Assistant (PA) to a Stakeholder

Location:
Qatar (with potential travel)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

24/7 Availability:
Be available around the clock to respond to requests from the Stakeholder.

Travel Coordination:
Arrange all travel logistics, both domestic and international, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Calendar Management:
Manage the Stakeholder's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and personal events.

Confidentiality:
Maintain the utmost discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.

VIP Interaction:
Interact with high-profile individuals, dignitaries, and VIPs on the Stakeholder's behalf.

Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between the Stakeholder and internal/external parties, ensuring clear and efficient communication.

Administrative Support:
Handle administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, taking minutes, and managing expenses.

Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate special events and social gatherings as required.

Problem Solving:
Anticipate and resolve potential issues proactively, ensuring the Stakeholder's comfort and well-being.

Companionship:
Provide emotional and moral support to the Stakeholder, ensuring she feels comfortable and cared for at all times.

Personal Care:
Attend to the Stakeholder's personal needs and well-being, including ensuring her comfort during travel and at home.

Dress Code and Wardrobe Management:

Assist with the selection and organization of the Stakeholder's wardrobe, ensuring her attire is suitable for various occasions and events.


  • Health and Well-being: Monitor the Stakeholder's health and arrange medical appointments and wellness activities as necessary.

Cultural Sensitivity:
Display a high level of cultural sensitivity and awareness, adapting to the Stakeholder's customs and preferences.

Special Projects:
Undertake specific projects as assigned by the Stakeholder, which may include research, event planning, or community involvement.

Gatekeeper:
Manage access to the Stakeholder, determining who may enter her private space or engage with her directly.

Entertainment and Leisure:

Plan and organize entertainment and leisure activities in line with the Stakeholder's interests, such as cultural events, social gatherings, or hobbies.


Document Management:
Maintain records, documents, and important personal information on behalf of the Stakeholder.

Professional Representation:

Act as the representative of the Stakeholder at official and social events in her absence, displaying a high level of professionalism.


Language Skills:
Proficiency in any specific languages preferred by the Stakeholder for effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a role closely aligned with VIP support, providing personalized assistance.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to build a strong rapport with the Stakeholder.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness, especially regarding customs and traditions.
  • Profound discretion, understanding the importance of maintaining the highest level of privacy and confidentiality.
  • Maturity, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate and meet the unique needs of the Stakeholder.
  • Flexibility to travel and adapt to different environments.
