Key Accountabilities


The department's daily operations are executed to ensure compliance with standards, providing a complete secretarial and administrative service to the executive, ensuring security and control, and supporting department activities as needed.

The document management involves maintaining a comprehensive filing system for various documents, such as business correspondence and reports, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

It involves receiving, sorting, and examining incoming and outgoing documents, maintaining control over hard and electronic copies, and typing letters, memos, reports, and circulars.

Confidentiality is thru maintaining a security system for sensitive, confidential, and official documentation, as directed by the senior executive.

Minimum Qualification:

Any Bachelor's degree / High school diploma with a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Job-Specific Skills:


The job requires proficiency in English, excellent communication, organizational skills, office knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, archiving software proficiency, multitasking, workflow followers, planning and organizing skills, and ERP experience.


Salary:
As per industry standards.
